Directions - Prestbury House Hotel is situated to the North East of Cheltenham only 1.5 miles from the town centre, next to the Cheltenham Race Course.

On entering the outskirts of Cheltenham (avoid the town centre) from the M5 (junctions 10 -restricted access - or 11), A40 or A417 follow any sign for Evesham (A435), Prestbury or Race Course. Prestbury is on the B4632 signposted Winchcombe.

The principal landmark is the racecourse main entrance at which is a main junction / roundabout on the A435. At this junction Prestbury is signposted. Approx 0.5 miles from this junction (New Barn Lane) you will see a large brown tourist information sign for Prestbury House directing you left into The Burgage. The hotel is a further 200 yards on the right. If you reach two mini roundabouts in the centre of Prestbury you are looking for Tatchley Lane / Race Course direction sign and brown tourist sign to Prestbury House. Go 200 yards along Tatchley lane and turn right into The Burgage (brown tourist sign) and the hotel is 200 yards on the right.

By Road - Situated at junction 10, 11 and 11a of the M5 Cheltenham lies within the hub of the motorway and dual carriageway network.

By Rail - Cheltenham Spa is well served by British rail Regional and intercity, including direct services from London Paddington, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Plymouth, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow.
